ApartHotel's Eternal Elegance

In this apart-hotel interior, the design explores the poetic tension between historic substance and contemporary intervention. The space is conceived not merely as a place to dwell, but as an immersive atmospheric journey—a curated canvas where shadow, saturated color, and light perform in silence.
The volume is defined by a bold, dualistic palette. A deep, monolithic black ceiling—anchored by an ornate, classical plaster medallion—draws the eye upward, celebrating the building's historic skeleton. Below, this darkness is balanced by clean, stark white walls and the rich, organic warmth of dark timber flooring.

Rather than dividing the open plan with rigid partitions, the space is structured through architectural insertions:
The Monolithic Bed Platform: A custom black plinth that grounds the room, serving as both a sleeping quarters and a sculptural anchor.

Reflective Planes: Expansive mirrored walls stretch the visual boundaries of the suite. They capture the soft, diffused daylight filtering through sheer white drapery, scattering it across the moody surfaces to dissolve the physical limits of the room.

The Crimson Thread: A single, razor-sharp red neon light tube cuts through the volume like an art installation. This vibrant gesture is echoed below by a saturated crimson rug and the intense gaze of a large-scale portrait, infusing the monochromatic landscape with theatrical energy.

In the bathing area, a deep soaking tub is framed by highly polished, mirrored surfaces that multiply the play of light and water, elevating a daily ritual into a meditative experience.

By juxtaposing historic architectural details with minimalist modern forms, this design creates a sanctuary that feels simultaneously historic and futuristic—a quiet, cinematic refuge in the heart of the city.
