TREA Housing Complex is a contemporary residential development that brings together a diverse mix of housing typologies within a cohesive architectural language. The architecture is defined by softly rounded corners, rhythmic vertical openings, and a restrained material palette that gives the buildings a calm yet distinctive presence.

A warm mineral-toned façade is complemented by recessed white upper volumes, subtly expressing the hierarchy of the massing while introducing generous terraces and penthouse living.
